Join The Salvation Army Ridge Meadows on Saturday, June 19th as we Ride for Hope along scenic Route 7, and raise awareness for our Community and Family Services programs.
The Salvation Army Ridge Meadows Community Services programs serve over 1000 individuals and families a year with essential, basic necessities.
Departing at the Maple Ridge Baptist Church, beginning at 10am, riders will leave the parking lot in small groups in 10 minute intervals to avoid gathering. COVID-19 Safety Protocols (physical distancing, sanitizing stations and PPE will be provided) will be in place.
Riders will follow a guided ride along Dewdney Trunk Road, with stops for “social media opportunities” at Westminster Abbey in Mission and at the Sasquatch bench in Harrison Hot Springs. Remember to tag us in your posts and stories and like our page before you ride (@TSARidgeMeadows)!
Cost of entry is only $25 and includes a sandwich and non-alcoholic drink at the brand-new Mountainview Brewing Company in Hope, B.C. MVBC will serve as our end-point for the ride, after which point riders are free to carry on through Manning Park or Highway 1, or return back to Maple Ridge or wherever they call home.
